Method For Using Deepening Tape
1. Get into a SAFE and COMFORTABLE position.
2. Press PLAY button on your tape recorder.
3  Raise and lower your index finger. DO NOT GIVE YOURSELF A TIME LIMIT, THE
TAPE WILL EMERGE YOU. TURN YOUR LIGHT SWITCH OFF. Drop into a deep
state of hypnosis, and just follow the instructions on the tape.
3. The tape will emerge you at its completion.
