• What happens if they don’t pay you? You do what the bank does. You take back the property and you sell it to someone else. I’ll show you how this is actually an easy process. A side benefit is that they can’t really damage your land once you want to take it back. It’s really hassle free.
• Higher Rates of Return with Land (Cash Flips and Terms Deals): The returns are a lot higher. It’s not uncommon to hear some land investor buying land for $10,000 and flipping it for $20,000. It’s actually a common occurrence. That’s doubling your money (an investment like this is hard to find in other real estate asset classes like houses).
