Boost your energy any time of the day, without coffee, tea or energy drinks through Pranic Breathing, a set of simple rhythmic breathing patterns, similar to “pranayama” taught in many types of yoga, that enable you to draw in and distribute energy throughout your physical body. In just a few days, you’ll master the patterns and be able to tap into a nearly inexhaustible source of energy for physical health and vitality.
Below are simple instructions for Pranic Breathing.
- Gently place your tongue on the roof of your mouth. This helps circulate energy throughout the body.
- Inhale through your nose for six counts.
- Hold your breath for three counts.
- Exhale through your nose for six counts.
- Hold your breath for three counts.
- This 6-3-6-3 breathing completes one cycle.
You can do pranic breathing during meditation, on a walk, or at work to clear your mind! Whenever you are feeling low in energy, practice pranic breathing to feel refreshed.
