Jacy Sundlie and Mary P. Shriver – TRE® Modifications DVD

“TRE® Modifications DVD” introduces the user to adaptions for the practice of TRE®. This DVD is narrated with graphics, and specifies the target muscle group in each exercise. Modifications include standing, seated, floor and wall exercises, and a limited use of props, and are demonstrated alternately by one male and one female model. Specifically created for use by $20TRE® Providers, this DVD is also an excellent education tool for the public.
