We’ve lost our ability to understand each other.

Our brains always look before listening. And we believe what we see, way more than what we hear. How long before? 50 milliseconds. In faster than a blink of an eye (literally), people have already decided if they like you, trust you, believe you or will potentially buy from you…before they’ve even digested anything you have to say.

Yep, people have already decided if you’re thumbs-up or thumbs-down, swipe-left or swipe-right, based on your photos, videos, word selection and punctuation…before you’ve even said “hello”.
