His main focus is on defense of medical malpractice claims, but he also has great experience defending clients in various other matters such as Board of Medicine investigations, employment discrimination claims, commercial disputes, and general liability. He has a true passion for courtroom advocacy, which began as a criminal prosecutor. Since then, he has dedicated his career to represent the interests of medical professionals and healthcare organizations devoted to providing an invaluable service to our communities.
He is engaged in many professional organizations, including the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF), and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys (VADA). He has served in numerous leadership roles with the PLDF and has been an author and presenter with the organization on numerous occasions.
