Prior to joining the faculty at the Kelley School of Business—the business school of Indiana University—Dr. Lovelace worked as a director of development and programming at the University of Virginia, where she earned both a master’s degree and a PhD. She has also taught at Princeton University and SungKyunKwan University in Korea.
